Krylon spray canKrylon® Fusion All-In-One®

Nothing helps pass the time like a new project. Luckily, Fusion All-In-One® dries in minutes—so you can give that kitchen clock a refresh whenever you feel like it.

Dry time: 25 minutes or less.

You'll need:

  • A clock
  • Krylon® Fusion All-In-One® Matte Black
  • A drop cloth
  • A damp rag
  • Tape
  • Tin foil
  • Step 1: Set Up Your Station.

Set up a spray paint area by covering your work space with a drop cloth. Make sure that the area is well-ventilated. Before beginning your project, read the Krylon® label for safety and application instructions, and follow them accordingly.

  • Step 2: Prepare Surface.

Wipe down the clock with a damp rag to remove any excess dirt or dust. Make sure it is clean, smooth and fully dry before you begin painting.

  • Step 3: Tape It Off.

Securely cover the face of the clock with tin foil and/or tape. This protects from overspray—so if there are any other areas that you don’t want to paint, make sure to cover those, as well.

  • Step 4: Shake.

Shake the can of Krylon® Fusion All-In-One® Matte Black thoroughly, for at least two minutes.

  • Step 5: Spray.

Spray down the clock. For best results, apply light, even coats in a sweeping motion with slight overlap, starting and ending the spray pattern off the project. Allow the clock to dry completely before hanging it up.

Ready for something new?

Simply sand down the clock and respray it with the color of your choice.
